Income Tax, Medicare and other taxes are deductible at Federal and State level and are dependant on earnings, deductions and the state in which taxes are filed.



Payroll Cycle 

Azure Global can pay your workers at a frequency that suits our clients. This can be Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly.



Paid Time Off

There are no statutory laws on paid time off.  

Public Holidays

There are 11 official holidays, however private employers are not required to provide either time off or overtime pay on these days.

Sick Days

The United States does not currently require that employees have access to paid sick leave to address their own short-term illnesses or the short-term illness of a family member. The availability of paid sick leave depends upon where the worker is located.

Parental Leave

In USA, parental leave is gender neutral and applies to both parents and covers maternity and paternity leave.  If an employee has more than 6 employees, an employee is entitled to 8 weeks of unpaid leave for the birth of a child or adoption.  This leave can be used after the completion of 90 days of employment.

Family and Medical Leave Act

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) which provides certain employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year or certain family and medical reasons (maternity leave, serious illnesses or if the employee needs to care for a spouse or child). Employers are required to maintain the employees’ health benefits during their leave and keep their job open.
