Do you know the Right to Work Requirements?

The law around Right to Work documentation requirements has changed following the start of the 2022/23 tax year on April 6th this year.

Following government legislation, Azure Global will no longer be able to accept Biometric Residence Permits (BRP) from the 6th of April 2022.

Both EU and non-EU workers will require to generate a code from the Government website at the below link.

By following the link above, workers will be provided with a code, starting with the letter W, to prove their right to work status.

Azure Global can still accept passports from outside the UK that have indefinite leave, but no other passport with Visa. Our requirements for British workers will remain as either a passport or birth certificate.
